Random Thoughts....

You need to shoot slightly above your limit - where you are calling shots correctly only 50 - 75% of the time. With diligence, you will increase your ability to process visual input. I don't believe it is possible to improve when you are calling 100% of your shots.

The Goal

The purpose behind these drills are to push your abilities in an unconventional manner. Many of these par times may seem fast to you. The reason for that is I want you pushing for speed. Don't confuse that with not aiming. I want you to push the envelop when it comes to handgun manipulation, but still have the goal of shooting alphas.

If you aren't going fast enough to where you are seeing form faults from the intensity then you aren't getting the full benefit of this program.

Push it just past your comfort zone to where you only might be calling 50 - 75% of your shots. If you do that consistently, your shooting ability will sky rocket.
