Start position is standing in box, gun unloaded and holstered, wrists above shoulders. On signal, draw, load, and engage each head with 2 rounds. Reload and re-engage each head with 2 rounds. Put as much distance between the targets as you can.

50 reps.

Tip: Focus on snapping the eyes to the next target as quickly as possible.

Start in rear box, hands at sides, gun holstered. On signal engage each target with 2 rounds each while moving to next box. Reload and at next position engage each target with 2 rounds each prone.

25 reps.

Scale down as needed.

Tip: Focus on staying as low as you can while shooting on the move.

Start in either box, facing away from targets, hands at sides. On signal, draw and engage each target with 2 rounds, reload, re-engage each target with 2 rounds from other box.

50 reps.

Focus on starting the load the instant you call your last shot.

Half sized targets at 7 yards are acceptable.

Plate rack - 1, 6, 2, 5, 3, 4

10 yards

From surrender, engage plates in specified order. 50 reps. Record par time.

Do some homework. Find the last match you shot and run a diagnosis on your score. Placement, percentage, points shot, time, overall hit factor, penalties, etc.

This has a good way of opening your eyes to things you haven't accounted for in your shooting.
