Start position is standing on "X", facing away from targets, wrists above shoulders. On signal, turn, enter box and engage each target with 2 rounds each. Reload and re-engage each target with 2 rounds each.

The Goal
The purpose behind these drills are to push your abilities in an unconventional manner. Many of these par times may seem fast to you. The reason for that is I want you pushing for speed. Don't confuse that with not aiming. I want you to push the envelop when it comes to handgun manipulation, but still have the goal of shooting alphas.
If you aren't going fast enough to where you are seeing form faults from the intensity then you aren't getting the full benefit of this program.
Push it just past your comfort zone to where you only might be calling 50 - 75% of your shots. If you do that consistently, your shooting ability will sky rocket.
My name is Jake Di Vita. I have been active in the shooting world for many years, starting with IDPA and later branching off into USPSA/IPSC and a little 3-gun. Production is the division I got started in with a Beretta Elite II. After competing for several years I got into Open and have loved it ever since.
