Dryfire WOD

Draw - 25 hands at sides
25 surrender
25 turning surrender

Reload - 25 2-load-2
25 6-load-6

1 target at 5 yards. Alternate drills until all have been done. Do the same drill no more than twice in a row. Push the intensity. Draws are two shots.
